While I was president of our association, Jim Emory and his staff managed a major $1.6 million concrete repair and building renovation project for Ocean Club II in Vero Beach from 2018-2021 with the utmost care and professionalism. We couldn't be happier with the results of their work, which involved concrete repair, window and door replacement, and waterproofing and stuccoing. Our association is currently contracting with Keystone for the Phase I structural engineering study required by Florida law. Chuck is always available and responds within an hour to emails. If he needs help, Tomas or someone else is here immediately or in a day or two. Chuck is extremely knowledgeable and works well with contractors explaining everything that needs to be done. Follow up is always done quickly. Highly recommend 👍👍

OMG, These people were fabulous! Denise in the office was on point and so knowledgeable with my concerns for a condo that I was purchasing in Cocoa Beach!
