My wife and I were visiting key west on Saturday and walked into your store and wanted to pass along the fantastic customer service we received from salesman - Jerome.

From the time we entered the store he greeted us with a warm welcome and his knowledge of the merchandise and answering our questions was on point and helpful.

We ended going into your store to browse walked out purchasing 2 deluxe folding rockers and two foot stools.

It’s hard to find great customer service and your store knocked it out of the park.

We had the best experience with the Hammock shop. We love our beautiful hammock and the quality is outstanding. We also had a wonderful experience with the owners. Our shipment was not delivered and the owner immediately got on it and found out where it was and made sure we received it the next day. Beautiful product and lovely owners

These are the Best Hammocks Ever! I have purchased 7 of these over the years, all of them still in functioning condition. My family loves the Jumbo Hammock chairs as you can stretch out in a full recline and take a nap in them. Super comfortable and though these hammocks are a bit more expensive, they have lasted the test of time, the black ones have faded a bit... but over 9 years that was expected. You will pay a bit more for these but they are thicker and stronger than the others that I have had. You won't be disappointed! They also lend to modern architectural esthetic.

This was an amazing store! My mother and I vacationed here and she fell in love with one of their metal art turtles. Since we were on a cruise and it was pretty big she didn’t get it. For Christmas I called to order one and the customer service was amazing! They text me pictures of the different turtles and send it literally across the country Florida to Washington. I highly recommend!

The Hammock shop is my favorite shop in KW , all the Haitian metal Art is so beautiful and also the hammock r cozy and relaxing .If you go to Key West the Hammock Shop on Duval St must be one of your stops .

I have been eying these hammocks for several years. We always stop into this store when down in Key West. I have recently installed a set of permanent hammock posts in my backyard and will be purchasing one of these hammocks very soon. We will be down in the area for our wedding this coming April and I cannot wait to finally snag a hammock from here!
