The people at Key West Ford were charming, extremely fast and correct. I had the engine floor cover hanging down on my Ford Expedition that I rented in Atlanta. (I lost 3-4 screws on the way). The lovely girls at Ford gave me an appointment for the next day, even though they were actually fully booked for two weeks. The mechanic worked for about 20 minutes on it and then everything was ready, -----and I didn't pay a Cent

Paying 220,00 for a diagnosis when the mechanic didn’t follow through with my requests to inspect power source and pulley magnetic connection before telling me that I need to replace the condenser and lines for $2,000. He claims it is only due to no refrigerant. I’m guessing to avoid the specific diagnosis because it’s to time consuming. That is not a proper diagnosis of an AC System, yet I’m stuck paying for a “lazy” response when there are other possibilities of the AC not working than replacing the entire system; which coats the most. I sent you a letter after your response. You did. Or reply
