Key Vista Clubhouse is a privately owned Clubhouse for residents of the Key Vista subdivision in Holiday. it has a nice gym, a ballroom, computer room, meetings and events are held here but the best part is the outdoor pool and hot tub facility with a tremendous beautiful clean pool.

Very nice clubhouse with a large pool (undergoing renovation now) with a playground and vollyball court. Well maintained and nice community center. Bathroom was nice too. My visit was on a Food Truck Friday. 🙂

there is a smoking area and the employees don’t even use it they will smoke whenever they want and whenever they please, the employees will allow non residents to come in and not care, the employees are rude and always on edge, the hot tub and pool are cold and when you go to tell a employees they don’t answer the doorbell.

So many Boomers think they run this place. The HOA is a joke. The pool needs to be cleaned, and the chillers need to be turned on.
