I am a repeat customer. Back in 2015 I bought a car and it was a good experience. The sales people are knowledgeable and the staff are nice and not pushy. I traded in my 2019 for a 2024. I like doing business with dealerships that treat with respect and don’t try to sell you something you don’t want. Breanna was great. She was nice no pressure and she showed me all the cars on the lot I was interested in and took her time. Very professional.

Was able to work a deal with Megan on a used vehicle. I was going to have to travel 5 hours one way to take a look at the truck, Megan went above and beyond! Putting the truck on a lift, taking photos of the undercarriage, and getting specific photos I asked for. She was able to facilitate a virtual inspection of a vehicle I was trading in and get me a base line offer on my trade, that they later increased after an in person inspection. Overall great transaction, I walked away happy with the numbers.

My experience today with the service department was excellent. Brian was great, very professional and went above an beyond to make sure my car was ready. The shuttle service with Dylan was also great, he was very kind and courtesy on taking me back and forth the dealership. I highly recommend Key Scales Service department!

I had a recall on a part for my 2016 Ford Escape and made arrangements to bring it to Key Scales Ford. I'm so pleased with their service as well as the people I dealt with. Even their waiting area was quite comfortable. it only took an hour to replace the part. They also gave me a copy of the different parts of my car and how long they will last ie tires, AC, etc. I didn't expect they would take the time to review all this for me. it's very helpful of what I can expect for the future. I really appreciated the time they took to do this for me. I know in the future I will definitely return to Key Scales Ford for any work or parts I need. I was treated with the utmost respect. And as a woman that's not always the case l. if I could give them more stars, I definitely would. They were well worth the 5 stars I gave them.

A prior post submitted under my name was do incorrectly. I requested an appointment to have oil changed the day before. I was given an option of bringing my car in the morning 8:00 or 3:00 in the afternoon. I was very satisfied that they could accommodate me so quickly.
