well, all I can say is that I feel safe, And I am always greeted by management and staff. I am not sure of the leasing managers name because she is new but she always is warm and welcoming, Vanessa and Angel, which are leasing agents are Always Helpful and kind!!Xoxo

RUN, DO NOT MOVE HERE. There is so much i can say about this apartment complex, When Andres C , Was manager of the property it was kept up very nicely and he was also nice. Now, its a joke! My car has been broken into, These units have turned into a drug infested apartment complex and the office does nothing when you complain about the amount of weed smoking in the hallways by young teens. Don’t bother calling the office, they won’t answer but they will be in the office talking and laughing. After 10pm they will they loud pool parties, with people that does not live in the complex. Vanessa is VERY rude and unprofessional i don’t know how she still even has a job to be honest, She lives in the complex and thinks she’s the manager of the place lol she will never be the manager. And if your not spanish they will discriminate you. The office is now ran by patricia who barely speaks any english. They are trying to push everyone who is not spanish out by making up fake notices/complaints. And if you have a maintenance issue you might as well fix it your self honestly. save your self the hassle & time by avoiding this place at all cost.

Don't bother moving in if your handicapped or not Spanish. After 12 years they are throwing me out cause I supposedly make to much. First it was cause we had a slum lord that didn't renew my lease for 3 years even though paperwork was sent, now they say I make to much. Policy is that after 2 years you can make any amount. I've lived here for 12 years, but because I was forced into a handicapped unit cause I'm in a wheelchair that policy restricts me for being independent and making more money. When I found out this I asked repeatedly to give me a regular unit and rent. They also said they had to switch my unit for that to happen and they said it was against the law to switch apartments. I know for a fact that they just switched my upstairs neighbor to another apartment after they found out she had a baby without reporting it. Both the office and Corp ignore my calls and emails after I begged to work with me. And when I did miss work and go to the office, the office manager would talk Spanish thinking i didn't know what she was saying and sent here office staff to another room while she refused to help or even look at my paperwork or anything. Well surprise I know Spanish. This is discrimination and not fair housing at all. Will be out by the end of August while I pursue legal action.

Very poor management. My family and I have lived here almost 10 years and anytime we have mentioned a problem we became the problem. Vanessa is rude and very unprofessional in the office and outside the office. Not sure as to how she still works here when everyone else has come and gone. We applied for a 3br got approved even given a unit number and told to start packing, their new boss Lenard then deleted our approval came to our place and put it back and again told we would be transferring, Vanessa was told to reach out to us which she didn’t and ignored our emails and any form of communication rented out all the 3 bedrooms including giving one to a temp employee when we have been waiting MONTHS just to be told last minute by the new lady they just brought in that they won’t be approving our transfer and we have to be out by the end of this month all because we had our stuff packed in our closet and our kids had toys in theirs🤯 these people are a joke and only care if you’re spanish.
Don’t bother calling because they won’t answer and they don’t answer at the corporate office either. Going to the office is a waste of time because they lock and leave whenever they want but you can catch them throwing parties at the pool after 10pm with their music blaring🤦🏻‍♀️

Do not move in to this place, do not even bother to come as a visitor, not at least until Vanessa is gone. She acts like she is the manager, I pray to god she never gets that position. She’s a terrible human being, so disgusting.
