I had a hitch receiver installed on the front of my 2006 Ford E-450 with this company and had a fantastic experience! I mainly talked and worked with Chris who was super nice, knowledgeable and all around a stand up guy. I had a lot of questions and he was happy to answer them all as well as provide some suggestions on a few other things. I showed up for my appointment on time and they got to work straight away. The work they did was quick, clean, and professional. I greatly appreciate their work, my experience was well worth the out of the way drive for me and I would highly recommend their business to anyone!

These folks are remarkable. My husband needed tractor ramps on our dump trailer, with the requirement that they be easier than usual to deploy because of a doctor-recommended weight-lifting limit. Ken's absolutely met these oddball criteria. They spent time thinking it out, discussing & designing it before starting! The end result works beautifully. They are well balanced and the springs work exactly as needed. Hubby can get them into place and then out of the way again with just a light touch. Trust these folks to go to the spirit, not just the letter, of your specs.

Chico does not have a good tow store. When I go to Ken's I am never disappointed!! His shop is full of any kind of towing part that you might need. I went in there on the off chance that he might have a wiring harness for a specific trailer brake switch, and HE HAD IT! I have also had him install a tow package into my BMW X5. He got it installed and did a great job!! It's completely worth the drive to paradise to shop at Ken's! Recommend 100%!!

Heard about this shop after “less than helpful” service from two Chico Based truck and RV stores. Had Jeep wired for flat towing, super clean job, fair price. Then had Trac Bar installed on RV, also quick and fair price. They have a “can do” attitude and are friendly. Worth the drive to Paradise!

Ken's helped us tremendously when we were preparing to leave California moving to Cincinnati Ohio and needed the correct hitch attached to our Volkswagen golf all track wagon. We had ordered the part from another company and it would seem that it was going to be late and Ken's agreed to order the correct part for a very quick turnaround, in the meantime our part came and Ken's agreed to put it on and adjusted their price fairly. They put it on in a timely manner for us and gave us a great deal on the price. They were so friendly and we really enjoyed doing business with them I would definitely recommend them to others.

I had a problem with my travel trailer frame from reading blogs on the internet I thought it was going to cost a lot to fix. I bought it to Ken for a quote. He knew how to fix it and gave me a great quote. Not only that, I left it with him that day and he had the job done by late morning the next day. He and his wife were helpful and friendly. Ken even made some suggestions to me on towing setup I had to help me out. Great experience!

These people are truly amazing! I'd call Ken, Kenny and Yvonne miracle workers, but miracles are things that have no logical explanation. This crew accomplishes things as a result of skill, determination, and consummate professional skill. I've been having them work on my collection of vintage trailers for 12 years, and there's nothing they can't accomplish. Need a custom made trailer built scratch from bar stock? No problem. With their collection of really cool metal working tools and their combined know how, any job from straightening a piece of metal to installing anything to pertaining to hitching up and pulling a trailer of any kind is handled with professionalism and precision. In their little shop, an incredible array of stuff is available from little pins and fittings to complete solar panel installations. Fabulous place, fabulous people. I can't believe this is the only review so far.
