Kelly and his team were very professional and communicative. We are extremely happy with the work that was done. We not only had test holes dug, we had an entirely new alternative septic system installed and the old tank and system removed. KelMac did the entire thing and did it well. They even coordinated with me to make sure water/sewer was restored ASAP and we didn't have to leave the house at all. I would highly recommend working with Kelly and his team for any septic needs.

Kelly was asked to do perk test holes for septic system. Average cost for that scope of the job range from $800 to $1200 , He wanted $1500. Only what we asked him is "Could you do please for $1200", besides perk holes,you will probably do whole septic system, footing, grading ...anything what is related for new construction a lot of work for him as long he wants
But Kelly got offended and simply responded "Im out,find someone else "
So we did find , and finished perk test holes for $850 !
Kelly even blocked his phone , for moment we will going to give him asking price, but he got that much offended so don't even want to talk with us
We found Kelly, rude, disrespectful, arrogant and most of all unprofessional
We are glad there was not any work done with him since in our case what he showed to us ,was not good
We like to share our experience with Kelly to anyone
We will not recommend him to nobody. So glad we didn't go in business with him
As a contractor myself, sometimes i need someone as Kelly to show me how NOT to treat your customers

Kelly did an awesome job with my alternative septic installation. He was very professional and responsive throughout the entire project. He even sent me pictures of progress when I wasn't able to be there. Very reliable and honest. I would not hesitate in recommending him or using him for a future project.

Kelly came out and expedited the removal and installation of our septic system. Permits and inspections slowed the process considerably but Kelly came out promptly when approved. Later when the ground sank, he brought dirt and filled in the holes. I definitely recommend him. He answered any and all questions I could think of.

I called Kelly because we were facing a potential problem with our current septic system related to a home remodel project. I was told by another septic technician that Kelly is the only guy he trusts to dig and install septic systems. That kind of insider information you don't ignore! Kelly was very friendly and helpful over the phone; and as it took several days for me to find out all of the information on how we needed to proceed with our project, Kelly called multiple times to follow up and check on how we were doing. In the end, we did not need to make changes to our septic system, but I was impressed that Kelly went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you Kelly!

I recently had to install an alternative leach field on my property. I called two local septic tank companies and asked who they might recommend. They both spoke very highly of Kel-Mac Excavation.
