they are theives. they rase your rates until you call them the charge you for deliveries they never did. when you need them they tell you it's your problem. no customer service, no loyalty. no responsibility. worst company you can find in the desert.

I am surprised about some of the low ratings?!?! Fast, nice service. Missed my payment while i was overseas one time.. No problems, no fees, they were understanding. .

I'm only giving 1 star because I have to. This place is so horrible. The worst customer service ever. The man there(owner I believe) is so rude. He refuses to help veteran's even when they have a gas leak. He wouldn't answer his phone when we called back and was really going to leave a disabled veteran and 3 kids without gas until Wednesday. Needless to say we are going without gas until Wednesday happily, but come Wednesday we will be switching to Amerigas. Prices and service is way better there anyway.
