Showed up an hour before my appointment 1400 and they didn't have the load ready until 2300 and the gaurd shack got mad that I ordered door dash because apparently doordash isn't allowed on property because they are trespassing well here's a idea don't take forever to get a load ready for us drivers. I watched tmc back in around 1600 and he finally pulled out of the bay around 2000..

Definitely not a company that takes its appointment times seriously. Our appt was at 1:30 pm, it is now 9:20 pm. Very little movement in the trailer in the last 2 hours. Was told on arrival that they had just started on the 10:30 am appt. BIG RED FLAG THERE. We have 7 drops to make in SC b4 we are through with this fiasco of a company. Dont take these loads no matter what the pay is!

In and out once I finally located my trlr on a drop and hook. Paperwork was ready but trlr was still in a loading dock from 5 am load. Arrived about noon. There are porta potties at gate 2. Beyond that no facilities for drivers. Take your drinks and food in with you. First time I loaded live here I spent the entire day and part of the night before I got outta there. If you have a furr baby you can walk them behind drop trlrs or outside gate 2.

I think there must be double the gravity on this site than anywhere else. I say it because the people here do everything at least 10 times slower than anywhere else I've been. For example I wrote down the pickup number and then walked across the lot to shipping and handed the number to the desk. It took him probably 5 minutes longer to type in the number than me writing it down and walking all the way across the parking lot. I came back 4 hours later and the lady who helped me had no idea I was on the property, even though I checked in with security at 4am. Then checked in with shipping and then checked in again at 8am. She looked at my pickup number, then looked at the computer, then looked at me, then looked at the wall, then looked at me, then looked at the computer. Then looked at the wall, then looked at me. Then looked at the other guy in the office and shrugged her shoulders and said, I don't know. I then saw another employee walk across the lot and it's maybe 200 feet across, it took him 18 minutes. IT HAS TO BE EXTRA GRAVITY HOLDING THE EMPLOYEES BACK? 7 hours past my appointment and I'm still waiting for them to start. The only place I know of where humans move slower, is the morgue. And I'm the only person here.

As a driver that is currently waiting to be loaded... this place is slow... they wont let u get on ur flatbed... im waiting for the other driver to be finished. It is now 8:23pm my appointment was 8pm and i arrived at 7:30pm... an hour wasted already and my trailer has not even entered the building. You guys need to pick up the pace. Every other place gets done loading/unloading within an hour... the fact that i have not even backed up. Oh yeah and yes you have to DISCONNECT FROM YOUR FLATBED. To get loaded...

Place is slow!!!! Had a 1am pick up and it's now its 1pm and I'm still waiting they only half way getting my trailer done I only gave it one star because I had to so I could comment smh

I got here 5 hrs early my load was scheduled to be picked up at 8 so I knew I would probably be waiting around but now it’s 2am and they are just barley loading my trailer places like this don’t care about the driver

Don't take the load! If you have an appointment don't bother showing up early. I arrived 4hr before my appointment and was told to wait. I'm currently a hour past my time and still have not gotten loaded.
