Paid a certain amount only received the minimum delivery. And instead of just stopping by and making it right was told I now have a credit for next delivery. To me I find this to be wrong. Lady I spoke to was rude. But feom another office. Let ankone she never got back to after stating she had to wait for driver to return. I had to reach back out.So now when this money is applied to my account I will have to pay another hazard fee for delivery.i understand mistakes happen but make it right. I've heared this happens quite often.

I dealt primarily Lorie Jackson in they're office and she was terrific. She fielded multiple e mails and phone calls and was always friendly and helpful. The techs are knowledgeable and they talk straight to you in a language you can understand without any BS. A great company to get propane and service. I highly recommend Kamps .

I have owned my property and tank for five years and have gone with amerigas for no other reason than that’s what I went with. Two weeks ago I called Kamps, thinking it was about time I shared the propane love. They seemed nice enough on the phone but not too interested in new business and said I’d need to fill out paperwork to start service. I filled out the paperwork and brought it in personally and asked if I should pay up front for the delivery, they said no and that she’d give the paperwork to someone and I hear from someone after a credit check. I thought a credit check was odd for just a simple delivery but I shrugged it off. Then three days later I get a call saying I did not pass the credit check and they couldn’t place a tank. I thought no big deal, I don’t need a tank, I just need propane, two weeks ago. So I call and the person on the phone has a certain tone in her voice as she proceeds to tell me that even though I own my tank and have offered to pay upfront for a delivery, they can not take me on as a customer because I failed a credit check. They drive by my place every other week at least. Kamps only wants to do business with rich people it seems and could care less that a paying customer needs propane, if they don’t pass a credit check but have money, still no propane. They’d rather I take my business back to amerigas, which I did. Called them, paid over the phone and delivery within 5-7 days. It was that easy. Maybe I’ll try campora next.

I had called 2 weeks ago & was told they would come the following Tuesday. It's Thursday & no fill.
Called to see about the propane fill and the lady was rude & very snappy☹️This is not the first bad customer service I have experienced with this company. However I thought maybe she was having a bad day so I disregarded the attitude. And now I was told it won't be until next Tuesday 😡I will be looking for another company who can at the minimum provide good customer service.

It has been a good experience dealing with Kamps the last 21 years. The office staff is extremely polite and nice, as are Kamps' drivers who fill the tanks. We highly recommend this company.

Have had an outrageous bill for over a year. Have a leak somewhere but have been told by pine grove staff that it's not leaking..
$300.00 a month in middle of summer is unheard of but was told "your bill is your bill".
Currently locked out due to not being able to afford $300+ a month which was the same every month.
Oh yea and I live in apartment complex where everybody else's bill is bout $60.00.
I'm very unhappy with you..
Response to you I have no gas in my home so you don't need to come in besides you never once asked to enter for any reason.
I will take further action thank you.

Bad business practice in my experience. Gas leak from day we moved into home and somehow it was our fault. Manager wont call me back...receptionist is the only one pleasant and professional.
