They make everything you could possibly need from inexpensive mil spec to the beefed up k-spec line that rivals some of the best brands out there. These guys are amazing to work with. Ordered a BCG. Thought that it was causing some issues with my rifle. They had me ship it to them for inspection (free of charge). The BCG was completely fine. Then, they wanted to do more testing, so they had me ship out my complete upper for more inspection (free of charge). This is the type of company that will go the extra mile.

ordered some new charging handles, looked like they had been dinged many times and sloppily packaged in very thin plastic bag

couple of small spots showing bare aluminum, probably functional but at $24 each you expect to NOT get some surplus product yanked out of a spare part bucket

Had a small issue with a barrel/gas block which the owner resolved without a hassle. He was willing to replace, and I countered with another solution which he accepted and even improved. Excellent customer service, excellent products which I would purchase again without a second thought.

I bought my first barrel from KAK and I must say I’m highly disappointed not only in the quality of the part I received but also customer service. I bought a 308 barrel for my built ar10. I took it to the range and sent one round down range due to casing being stuck in the barrel. I had to take my rifle to a gunsmith who upon inspection told me the barrel had imperfections, or burrs. It does. I called KAK and they told me to fix it myself or I could send the barrel back on my own dime. I don’t feel like that is the solution. I’m not a gunsmith and I don’t feel after buying a guaranteed product that I would have to send a product back spending even more money.

Great customer service on the phone (Rep: Tatum) really new the product line and was friendly and had the order placed in minutes. Got update from UPS one hour later that my order was on the way with a tracking number. Would recommend this company on first experience being awesome! 🙂
