I would highly recommend this company. We had a last minute need and they came through! Super easy to rent, the people in the office were so nice and helpful. Everything was super convenient and the best deal in the area! I ordered a wheelchair last minute and I was able to pick it up in 30 minutes. And when we left I was able to leave the wheelchair at our resort and they picked it up for no charge! No doubt this is the place to go for your needs when visiting the area. I know they deliver too but you need to make a reservation ahead of time.

My doctor had suggested scooter rental for me while doing my Disney vacation. I of course thought I would fine. My first day was miserable. I called KM Rentals first thing the 2nd morning, and had a scooter within 2 hours. Made for a much more pleasant vacation!!!!

During our recent visit to Disney we had friends in town who needed a scooter. We rented a very new scooter that was in great shape. While at the Magic Kingdom our scooter battery unexpectedly died early in the day. K&M Rentals came to our rescue in the best way possible. Within 30 minutes of our call, they had a replacement battery delivered to us right at the castle! Their quick response and efficient service truly saved our day. For the rest of the week we experienced no other problems.

The staff at K&M Rentals are incredibly friendly and helpful. They made what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless and positive experience for everyone. We couldn’t have asked for better service, and we will definitely be using K&M Rentals for all of our future visitors.

This company made our trip SO much better! My mom has a disease that makes it hard to walk, especially long distances; so we ordered a mobility scooter for the week. The scooter was waiting at the hotel when we arrived, completely assembled with our name on it. It was nearly fully charged as well. We charged it overnight in our room and went to SeaWorld the following day. The scooter only list one battery light all day (there were 8 total I believe).. the next day we did Busch gardens and had to walk to the hotel from SeaWorld and it did spectacular again.

The only complaint my mom had was that the scooter didn't stop as soon as you let go of the 'gas', it rolls a bit which made for some difficult manuvering in the crowded parks. Other than that we were VERY pleased with the rental and definitely will use this service again.

So, the unexpected happened while
Vacationing to Orlando and I hurt my knee. I now need surgery and can not walk and boy was K&M so extremely accommodating.

I started off with a regular wheel chair but my poor brother in law had to push me the entire day at the theme park so when they brought over my rental I realized I should probably do electric.

Josh, member of the K&M staff, was incredibly accommodating. Excellent service and PR! He not only delivered my wheel chair here but helped me upgrade to an electric scooter.

Josh explained how easy it would be to disassemble my scooter and load in a car since I Uber everywhere here. Got on the phone, he made the switch happen, showed us how to assemble and disassemble and the best part is it’s not slow as a sloth like the ones at the theme-park so I can actually keep up with my family.

Upon checkout I merely leave it with the front desk and they come back for it! Amazing!

I’m so beyond grateful! DEFINITELY the place for wheel chairs and scooters and beyond affordable.
