Unfortunately, overpromises and very poor delivery. I wasted a lot of money with no growth in my business at all. Social media posting was of such poor quality that I had to take some of the posts down to avoid damaging of my brand image. When I told them how unhappy was I was about the quality of service and wished to stop working with them when there was still a few weeks left on the contract, they simply ignored me. Communications were always difficult using what they demanded to use which is Slack. It was a harrowing experience working with KG enterprises, and erodes the trust I have for people, which is really sad.
