We purchased 6 racks and the delivery and install went seamlessly. The prices were fair. The staff was friendly, courteous & professional. We got delivery the next day. The warehouse looks fantastic, thanks to Just a Rack.

Just a "Joke"
Horrible business. Here is the story. I will try to make it short.

So first we called to ask for a quote for building rack and getting permit. A guy's name Richie said that he would check with his boss and return. No response. Then we called the company and a lady told us that our size is below their min requirement of 10,000 sq ft for service. But they still can offer service for permit. So we agreed with that. 2 days later we got an email with quote of approx. 10 grand for material and labor but not for the permit service. We replied back couple times for clarification and for more detail about the project and permit. All responses were perfunctory. When we called the company again to make sure if they will send someone over to do the measurement before we move forward, a guy's name Andrew Ma replied with a very bad attitude. He said it was not necessary because our project was too small and he has already answered many of our questions through the emails. We decided to call the company to complain and the same lady answered with apology for the experience but then she wanted us to pay upfront before they would send someone in to do the measurement. Later on we found out that Andrew Ma is the owner
This business is unreal. It sounds more like a scam to me. I highly doubt if those 5 stars reviews here are legit, particular there was reviewer with the same last name. Will you risk your money for a business like this? Stay away!!

Terrible service. I placed an order online they called me couple of days later asking if i could use a different size. I immediately said yes and ask when i can expect delivery. No Response. I called and emailed several times, no response. Finally someone picked up the phone and said will call me back. Nor response. I called again and finally got an email but again no delivery date. after multiple calls and emails, over 7 days, i canceled the order.

My rack arrived damaged. I refused delivery. Owner communicated he would refund my 400+ dollars. Have been waiting for refund for one month. Owner will not respond to my calls or call back.

We are a 110,000 sqft warehouse in SC. Andrew Ma of this business called us with a bad attitude regarding our inquiry. They were really slow searching sizes and the inventory is not consistent. Stay away from this business SMH

Don't even think about buying a bike rack anywhere else. This spot is amazing. Great customer service, efficient, super friendly...I could go on and on. And I really really like my new rack!! Thanks, guys

Gave me wrong sized equipment. Wasted time and no compensation to make up for. Also had to load myself. Good selection and prices, but I wish this business was a bit more professional

This company is a joke, Andrew the owner is the most disrespectful person I have ever known, customer service is awful, he started a job in 2 of our warehouses and never finished either one, I called him many times to try to resolve the matter, and obtain our permits and he called fire department on us to let them know we had no permits, (permits he was supposed to provide to us) , I think he is gritty and mean, I was in charge of dealing personally with him and he didn't like he had to deal with a woman, DO NOT RECOMEND!!!! STAY AWAY
