So many red flags where do I begin.....This has been one of the most complicated vehicle purchases to date. I just recently purchased a 2017 F-250 diesel from Jones Verde Valley. This whole debacle started when I noticed the oil filter was soiled and did not look like it was changed. The photos below show the dirt build up around the motorcraft sticker. I was told by my salesman it was dirty from the truck being detailed. This is impossible because there was road dirt on the side of the oil filter that faces the engine. It did not rain here in AZ since the vehicle was serviced. The vehicle sat for 24 days on the lot before I looked at it. They wouldn't let me drive it because it had not been through its "safety inspection" per my salesman. Unfortunately I did not notice this until after I bought it. I payed over what the truck was worth, the dealer would not budge on price. It was the only truck in the area that checked all the boxes for what I needed so I made the decision (which I now regret) to purchase. I Told Matt my salesman I would forgo this review if they at least took care of all the issues I found. I received a copy of what was done to the truck in service and I was able to find multiple items that were not completed by the service department. 1. Tire rotation - was not completed the front edge of the tires are rounded and the rear tires are not supporting the fact the front tires were on the front end for a long time. 2. Alignment - I was told they would take care of the alignment if able but I never received a copy of the final alignment sheet showing it was checked or completed. Matt told me and I quote "to my knowledge all was taken care of" 3. Fuel filters replaced, They may have changed the upper fuel filter I honestly could not tell but the secondary fuel filter under the truck in front of the fuel tank was not touched. Refer to then photos below, you can see there was not a socket on any of the bolts to the housing. 4. LF door speaker not working. They found a broken wire when the door panel was removed. 5. Rear pinion seal leaking. See photos below, was told it was a seep however they never took the fill plug out of the rear end to verify the fluid level in the rear end. I ended up bringing the truck in so Matt and Rowdy could see my concerns. They told me they would take car of everything on my list. When I went to pick the truck up they once again did not put an oil change sticker in the windshield at least the oil was clean and the filter was changed. They did not take care of the pinion seal like they said they would because if it was under warranty it was in spec due to a seepage.... Honestly that meant nothing to me because they said they would fix it and they didn't. I will be filing a formal complaint with Ford next so hopefully nothing like this happens to anyone else. I thought I finally found a trustworthy competent ford dealer in AZ but I was wrong I strongly suggest anyone refrain from buying a vehicle from this dealership. I brought the vehicle back so they could address all of my concerns and received the truck back with items still not completed as discussed. I paid top dollar for a truck I now have to take to another shop and have them complete the services in question.

Edit - in reply to the comment from the owner. I have only left 2 reviews because I have only ever have issues with two Ford dealers ever! your dealership didn't provide the services that you said you would provide. Services were incomplete and I'm sorry I was unable to look at everything in detail while in your parking lot. Upon further review when I got home I noticed the rear end fluid level was never checked and I questioned why I didn't get a copy of the alignment specs before and after. This isn't a me problem this is a problem with your service department!

I can’t say enough about this dealership. When my car died for good and I needed something in a pinch, these guys worked day and night to work on getting me something very reliable at the lowest rate possible. And they got us covered with a warranty on something we could afford.
They really took care of me and my daughter, we are so grateful for all you guys did for us!
I’ll be back next year for that Bronco !!!!!

Excellent service. I have bought a fair number of new cars and Jones ranks 1 at top of the list. Honest, ethical and genuinely there after the sale.
I have had an issue with FOMOCO it is regarding a warrantee repair that I feel needs repeating. Jones Ford has worked diligently to intercede and to reassure me that my vehicle is once again roadworthy. It took time and they spared no effort. Jones Ford Verde has my respect and I will remain their customer as a result.

I am beyond happy with my purchase. Everyone at Jones Ford from Scott, Mauricio, and Paul truly went above and beyond to make it possible for me to have my new vehicle to accommodate for my daughter, who is medically fragile, and will need a wheelchair very soon.
I highly recommend them to other families who are looking to purchase a new vehicle!

We're snowbirds from Michigan who were looking for a replacement for our Jeep Compass to access more off-road adventures. We researched several vehicles and chose to look for a Bronco. Our initial online request for info led to a phone call from Ernesto who then advanced our choice to Joe Gonzales. Joe successfully located a vehicle that met our needs and unbeknownst to us arranged delivery to the dealership. When we arrived in AZ we contacted Joe directly. He and dealership owner Tyler Jones allowed us to test drive the vehicle and drive it to our home to ensure that it fit in the garage. The purchase and finance arrangements were easy and not high pressure. We are very happy with our Bronco and the response from Joe and the rest of the dealership.

I have purchased MANY vehicles in my life and have had many
purchase experiences from the most awful you can imagine to ones that were quick easy and honest. Jones Ford was one of the best, easiest, transparent and honest experiences I have had. The transaction was quick, smooth and comfortable. I will note that I did not finance or have a trade but I believe I would have had the same experience if I had. This was my first purchase from Jones Ford and I doubt it will be my last.
