Unfortunately I can’t recommend this business although the guy at the counter was really nice and helpful I’ve struck out three times with these guys.

I wanted 7 trees trimmed and 1 fruit tree cut back. I was flaked on twice two Saturdays in a row. I finally went in person and was helped and got a call back and was schedule for a consult the same day. Cool. Jaime came out and quoted us 1500$ to do the 7 trees plus 1 fruit tree in addition to yard clean up in one of our yards. This seems pricey but fine. We agreed and he came out to the house the following Friday. He was over an hour late and only brought 1 person after telling us it would be an all day job and require at least 3 people.

My trees are supposed to be cut in squares right below the fence line and even all around. The trees were cut above the fence line a hole was left in the middle of them and they were uneven on the bottom! He also left the tree trimmings in my yard which ended up blowing into my pool! I was and still am livid.

My brother calls to have someone come out and look at the job not well done and see what they can do about this and the cost. They sent the guy who messed it up to explain why he messed up my yard and still charged me 1500$. I’m going to pay because they clearly aren’t trying to resolve this issue nor retain a customer. The only thing done correctly was the fruit tree.

Do not recommended for tree trimming.

I like to support small businesses but I won't support a business that doesn't provide a simple exchange for dead plants that is clearly their fault. I purchased over $200 in plants the last 2-3 week. 4 of these plants died. They had a regular watering schedule specific to that plant type and were placed in an area where they recieved the right amount of sun. I have 2 of the same plants, purchased at the same time, planted in the same container that are perfectly healthy. Their plant lady even verified that it wasn't over watering or underwatering and the placement was correct for the amount of sun. Unfortunately the owner only offers a 25% discount to purchase the same plants. I could understand this if I had purchased these months ago, but not 2 weeks. I wont spend my money at a place like this. Sorry Joe's you lost business. We were looking to use them for lawn maintenance and have our entire backyard landscaped by them as well.

I sent this people a set of blue prints so they can bid a job, the estimate is $35k to $50k worth of landscaping materials, I waited for a week till I call them and they told me it was too much work for them to count the plants?
I guess if you buy no more than 5 plants they’ll be able to help to you, 😂😂😂😂
