I've hired Joe a few times for handyman jobs. He doesn't know how to lay tile, hang a door, fix a sliding pantry shelf and more. He takes shortcuts, accepts good enough when it's not, doesn't finish the job correctly, etc. After so many failures, I certainly won't hire Joe again.

Joe came a full day ahead of schedule when we called and explained the hazardous electrical problems that had left us with no power to most of our property. He fixed some shorts and replaced/ upgraded parts of our electrical system. Very importantly, he correctly diagnosed a bigger problem with the main line coming from the electric company and helped us get in touch with the right people to get it fixed at the source. Words can't express the relief we experienced when the diagnosis from Joe was confirmed and fixed by the electric supply company - the same day we contacted them! Thank you so much Joe, we will rest assured now that we know that our electric won't catch fire while we sleep (as we feared before!) Joe did his job efficiently, with great professionalism and with 100% accuracy- we definitely consider Joe 'our electrician' now. Which is fortunate for us because his rates were very reasonable and we can actually afford to have quality work done when we call Joe's.

Excellent service! Joe answered the phone, and came over the same day and fixed the short in the wiring. One other company I called didn't return my call. And another company was unavailable for 3 weeks. Next time I'll call Joe first!
