So many boxes on the sale floor - the short staff can’t keep up. Praying things turn around for them. The staff are polite & kind. Ty to BR, TR, OS for continued best customer service.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced & it’s every single time I go to this location. One employee barely acknowledges your presence & the other will not stop talking long enough to listen to what you’re saying & isn’t willing to try a coupon, every single time she just says “it won’t work” without trying it.

Staff are Always friendly and informative when you need some sewing knowledge to assist in your purchase. They know all the deals going on for the store, which changes pretty often. Make sure to download the Joann's app for coupons when you go in. A lot of options for fall plaids right now.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly; customers have a great time. The store is very quiet and relaxing. They are well-organized and stocked with a nice variety of high-quality merchandise. They usually have a lot of sales, clearance fabrics, and remnants. They also have books to thumb through for inspiration. Coupons frequently print at the register, and if you download the Joann's app, you'll get even more savings!

Was notified my pickup order was available, then waited 33 minutes in the parking lot before getting a refund and going directly to Michaels . Associates don't answer the phone even when there's 2 customers in the store and 3 associates. Michael's was quicker, and actually delivered my order when I arrived. It's interesting how slow Joanns employees are when there's next to nothing going on and no customers in the store, unmotivated and lazy

Drove all the way here from Anchorage to check for different patterns checked google and it said they close at 9pm. Arrived at 6:30 checked the hours Posted on the door and they said closed at 7pm. However the website says they they in fact closed at 6pm. A little consistency would go a long way.
