I purchased a 3- Compartment sink From Jk Fabrication of Clearwater. I can honestly say that the owners’ professionalism was very much appreciated. I own a hotdog cart business and wasn’t able to get my cart permitted due to not having the proper sinks, (even after being permitted the previous year with only one sink on my cart; by my county’s health department). After making my purchase I received my receipt immediately and after a couple days I was contacted by John (from JK Fabrication of Clearwater) he was super cool and genuine. He was calling to let me know when he was going to be able to ship it out, and he also called back to let me know it would be an extra day, because the plumber adhesive he had to use could create a smell while drying that he said from experience could pose problems with the postal service and shipping. I thought it was super cool he personally called to let me know that it would be an extra day. I must say the customer service was great from JK fabrication and if I needed anything similar again I wouldn’t hesitate to contact John, again. The sink arrived just as described and shown in the picture, very good quality, riveted and spot welded very nicely, super solid. Jk Fabrication seems to be a very genuine small business, with great customer service and quality work, 5 stars- no doubt!

My brother and I hired John of JK Fabrication to build us a custom hot dog cart, three steam tables, and a four compartment sink in March, 2023. We used the leasing service he provides and he was paid the sum of $12,000 within days. He promised to have our equipment ready soon when we took him to lunch at Miller's Ale House—but we told him as long as it was ready by the end of May for the International Cuban Sandwich Festival, that was fine. It's been over a year and we have received nothing from him except for threats and derogatory remarks. We have no choice but to take him to court. He is not a good person. Buyer beware.
