In April 2024 while towing a camper I had truck trouble about 15 miles from Whaley Tires in Troy. I got a tow to Whaley and they had me in the road in an hour. Four months latter on another trip I again had trouble about 50 miles from Whaley Tires in Troy. Other shops could get to me and wanted up to $1400 to analyze and fix the problem. I drove 30 mph (pulling a camper) to get the Whaley Tire. I got lucky and had the same mechanic, Brian, as before. Again he had me on the road in an hour. Everyone was friendly and professional. The place was clean and well kept. I like these guys!! Oh and there was no charge as the problem was a simple loose connection. Great guys.

From tires and brakes to truck lifts and brush guards this Jim Whaley has always been there for me and my family. Nearly all of the employees live locally. Super friendly and knowledgeable team for the daily commuter to the race enthusiasts there’s always somebody there to help you. Clean bathrooms and waiting area. If you’re traveling through, going to school or live in the area this place is worth every penny.

When all hope in humanity is gone, have a blowout across the street from Jim Whaley Tires. My son who was on his way home from college and 5 hours away fortunately had a blowout across the street from Jim Whaley Tires. Not only did they help him out, they drove him around to get a tire they did not have in stock, had him back on the road in 2 hours and undercharged them for their services. There is no way as a father I could thank them enough for their help. Thank you to the employees who took care of him and got him back on the road. I would give 10 stars if I could.

This is the worse Tire place I have ever been to. They told me it would be just a little over an hr to get 2 tires put on. I have been waiting for over 2 hrs now and they don’t have any of my tires on. If I could give them a worse star then I would.

I had a piece of metal in my tire and this place was recommended by hotel manager,very friendly .guy went and checked tire for a leak and pulled the small piece of metal out,tire was fine.no leak,didn't even charge me,very friendly and helpful

I had an issue with my tire while driving through Troy taking my dog to the vet in Montgomery. These guys were so helpful and put my spare on even though they were clearly very busy. They were friendly, accommodating and it did not go unnoticed.

Wonderful service. Came to assess the flat on our 5th wheel. (No mobil road service could make it near the end of the day). We limped it to the shop. They had us back on the road with quick, friendly service. Not enough stars for how happy we are with the help they gave us.
