They really cheats consumers! They're big liar! They don't care consumer's benefits! This company has very bad customer service, they cheat consumers, they keep sending e-mail to push you to buy their products. Saying "Jeunesse 7 days remaining before your points will be flushed", "Jeunesse 3 days remaining before your points will be flushed." and "Jeunesse 1 days remaining before your points will be flushed.". but when you bought their products in the same day according the e-mail they sent you, you would find your points flushed from your account in the next day. It really cheats consumers! They're big liar! I went HelpDesk to write e-mail to explain the problem and asked to give me points back, but their customer service didn't give the points back and always saying something else. If they didn't send me e-mail for 1 day remaining, I wouldn't buy the products. But you bought the product in the same day, then the points still gone. They don't keep promises, they're cheating consumers. If they flush my points anyway, why did they send me e-mail to warn me and push me to buy? They just want me to spend money to buy their products and don't want to keep my points. Cheating! Not only I have this problem, many people had same problem as me. They bought their products, then they flushed their points in the next day. In fact, the points are not big thing, just they shouldn't cheat the consumers. How dare they are doing such a bad business!!!

Company that is growing up faster in the Direct Selling market. The products are amazing and really help people to look and feel younger. The compensation plan is the smartest from the market and pay really well. Of course it is necessary hard work from the distributors and this is a business, so results will be different from each person. It requires personal development. Jeunesse headquarter is very beautiful and employees are kind. I really love Jeunesse.

I ordered the instantly ageless box (50 sachets) and received it on August 12, 2016.. the product was manufactured on June 22, 2015 and expires on June 22, 2017. I called them to complian about this because the product is for my mom who lives overseas and it would take time to arrive at her. I complained about the 10 months left in the products validity time (out of its 2 years lifetime). They refused to replace it and didn't offer any kind of assistance. Wouldn't buy anything else from them for sure.

I was a Mona Vie distributor. Loved that company. Jeunesse bought it and killed us. They are horrible to work with. They gutted the compensation plan and the distributors they claim to care about, they couldn't care less. I have tried to work with them and its impossible. I would stay far away from this company. Try others, there are really great ones out there. This is not one of them.

I had bad experience with customer service.. I ordered a serum in a single packets that were not shipped to me instead put on some website for people to order. It was my mistake I never intended to do so but they didn't want to refund me money or change my order. I sent emails, called... nothing. Lost around $65.00 Bad company policy!!!!

Frauds!! 0 stars. 1 just cause I HAD to!! Worst experience with buying
Something online. Never received my order at which I ordered​ May 3rd to get here in time for mother's day. My confirmation was in my spam folder which seemed a little odd, but whatever. It said my order would be shipped the next business day which would be the 4th. And to expect it in 7-10 business days, right? Well... According to my shipping it says it was shipped out the day I ordered, May 3rd, and it actually got here May 5th. Just 2 days after I ordered​. Apparently they delivered it "in or around my mailbox". I was out of town till the May 10th, which was great cause I wassnt expecting to get the package till the 11th at the earliest. When I come back, I wait and never received my order. My mother never got her gift. I call today to try and get a re ship or re fund and they basically told me in order for that they would have to find the package they sent to me? All I know is I did NOT receive my package and they offered NO help. In fact they basically proved that this company is a fraud!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST this company let alone the product!!!!!! Disgusted.

I've had my traditional business for almost 18 years and I wanted to feel better and was introduced to Jeunesse. I was very skeptical, however, the products have proved me wrong. My family, friends, and I absolutely love the results. I became a distributor and never felt this good since my twenties and I'm getting paid. Jeunesse has integrity, they are professional, and their products work. To all the negative Nellies. Don't be so bitter and stop being a hater. Where's the love?

Beautiful building. The accolades and trophies the company has received is amazing! They have a beautiful fitness center for employees and wonderful conference space for distributors. Very impressed with visit.
