Claudia Torres was awesome no pressure no haggle just let me sample every bed me and my wife wanted to try answered all of our questions gave us all the information we needed made the purchase so easy. I have been in need of a new mattress so I have been pricing adjustable mattress bases as an alternative to my base. Jerome’s Dream Shop was by far the most pleasant mattress shopping experience!

Bryan was pleasant and professional. He did everything possible to make the shopping experience was hassle-free and no-pressure. He demonstrated several models I was interested in and addressed my questions and concerns throughly and with patience.

I ended up finding the right mattress and setup for me and Bryan went over all of the details about the warranties, services, and delivery. He insured my shopping experience was a breeze!

I was actually buying school supplies for my kids, when one thing lead to another and found myself at Jerome's dream shop mattress store. Bryan (sales man) answered the questions I had ,very helpful. I was about to buy on that same day but my kids weren't patient and had to come back. Returned to the shop two days after with enough time to spare. Bought the Mattress my wife and I liked. I liked how I was treated and the process was very fast. I am going to be referring people to buy at this store.
