Although I didn’t purchase my ‘23 Nissan Frontier directly from Jenkins they still treated me with exceptional service. They assessed it was a (warranty) issue with the cameras. Not knowing how long it would take they put me in a courtesy vehicle so I could go about my day without any inconvenience, I was in and out of there in less than 45min. I was told 3 days and on the morning of that 3rd day I got the text “Your vehicle is ready!” Thank You Kristie & Henry for making the process as painless as possible!

I have a 2022 armada, it has the original battery and I was told it was not under warranty because I was over the 36k mileage. I was then told it would take 3-4 hours to replace it because it needed to be tested. I took it to autozone, waited 6 minutes after paying and imagine my surprise when the battery says 24 months replacement, 84 month limited warranty. I called Nissan and it should have been replaced and prorated for the 5 years. This is the 2nd challenging experience out of 3 so you just lost a customer.

I will be purchasing a 2025 within the next 12 months and unfortunately it will not be at this dealership. I will also find another to have mine serviced.

I was told the time would be about three hours and I like that because it prepared me for a long wait. They took their time and made sure my issue was resolved. I love the link that they send so I can track the progress on my car. Ronald Holmes greeted me as soon as I got to Jenkins and he did a great job keeping me updated on everything and I am glad he told me about the surcharge if I used a credit card. I had a very good experience.

I brought my car in for a service that was going to take three hours, Donovan Who took care of me when I checked in was excellent very personable and very, very informative. I was very surprised when he came out within an hour and said my car was done. He said I didn’t want you sitting here for three hours so I checked with the service and they had a couple guys available so they both worked on it and got it done in a timely manner. I truly appreciate him, taking care of me so I didn’t have to sit there for that length of time, very very pleased
