Update: I just had the first oil change done in the shop. Excellent experience! My Service writer, Ronald Holmes was extremely helpful and even got me a ride home and back. I will get all my service done here. As for the initial buying experience: I had a very positive experience here. Customer service at it's best. At every turn during the process they were there to help. Even after the sale, I had a couple of issues but they were able to turn these issues into a positive experience. From Sales, to the Service department to the Parts department, everyone was very helpful. While no one is perfect, if I could fault anything during my buying process, it would be the condition of the vehicle at the point of delivery. The vehicle wasn't washed as well as I would have liked it. I guess the guy in the back was having a bad day or had other vehicles to do, but when I noted it on the delivery report, they were quick to let me know when I brought the truck back in, they would not only wash it again (hopefully, better this time) but they would also refill the tank! That, my friend's is what good customer service is all about. These are extremely rare qualities to find these days.

Very helpful sales staff. I was looking for the Nissan 2500 NV Passenger Van. However, Leesburg doesn’t normally sell this model. I test drove a Rock Creek Pathfinder as a possible alternative. The Pathfinder has a better MPG rating than the NV Van. The rock Creek Pathfinder has a six cylinder engine, awesome suspension, which makes for a very smooth ride with a 6000 lb tow capacity and all wheel drive. I’ll be going back in a few days to test drive another one when they get it in. Thank you Lena for all your help.

This is the best dealership in town i had a car payment throught a credit lending services out of california went in today to see what they can do and was told that for 3 1/2 years of me making payments that they never reported my payments to the credit companies. Delt with car salesman dwayne collins who is the best salesman i have had the pleasure of dealing with not only did they get me out of the car i had bit got me into a 2023 and for the car payment i needed this man needs a raise 100%

My first visit here at Nissan was okay Brian was very helpful. I brought my car in to see why it was making a loud noise when you turn the wheel to the left. I was told that it'll be a hour wait which turned into 4 hours because they were short staffed. No big deal because I'm anxious to see what's happening with my car. So they finally tells me my suspension were critical and need to be changed. So they tell me it's $3200 to fix it. I went to another mechanic to have the work done that cost me $1500 and still didn't fix my problem. Come to find out it was the ball joint that was never mentioned as being a problem. So i paid $200 for my car to be mis diagnosed by the experts. Maybe the mechanic is over worked not sure but my car is not a guessing game!! Even after speaking with the manager about the situation she suggested I trade in my car instead of fixing the error by diagnosing my car again to find the correct problem. What a joke.

We purchased a car from here in 2020 and feel very comfortable coming to this dealership. We now purchased a 2025. Any questions we had regarding the car were answered by Aidan and Casey.
