Air conditioning wasn't working properly on my 2018 Honda Civic. Called and they got us in promptly. They also noted that there was a recall on the fuel pump. Got air conditioning and fuel pump covered by warranty. Extremely satisfied. Will no doubt go back when the car needs servicing. Thanks again.

Unfortunately I cannot give this dealership a 5. This salesperson Carolyn Daniels is absolutely fabulous I have bought six cars from her and would buy more. She is awesome to deal with she works very hard for her customers and clients and wants the best for them and we'll see that they get it. Unfortunately others that work there don't follow the same courtesy customer courtesy as Carolyn does and it's a shame.

Took my car here for an oil change. Made an appointment. They pointed out I had a recall on my running lights and replaced them. Took a bit longer than expected, but they were extremely nice and exceptionally thorough. They have earned our business and we will be repeat customers here.

7 Months....For many years, they serviced my pristine 1986 Civic. Wouldn't start one morning, told them I had a fuel pump in the car, they replaced it and called me maybe a week later saying it was ready. I told them to recharge the a/c while it's in. I had a feeling something wasn't corrected. After that, Jenkins said the carb. would need to be rebuilt soon. I found them a company another Honda dealer had used for me years ago. Seven months later it's finally ready, except now it continues to run after being turned off, stalls at the worst time and accelerates horribly until warm. It never was like this before. I gave them more time saying send it back if there is something wrong with the carburetor. They said no, it isn't that. He doesn't know how to adjust the fuel air mixture or there is a vacuum leak now. I filed a report with the BBB and called corporate, who wanted to know all about this. jenkins response was bring it back in so we can reevaluate. Didn't make any sense since if you couldn't fix it in 7 months, how would you be able to now? I helped then with ideas and people, but it isn't my job. I did it for my car. It was left outside and the paint, especially on the hood was patina looking. I question their care of customer's vehicles and integrity to not admitting they made a mistake. Aren't there retired Honda mechanics that have serviced these back in its day? I paid 2500+ for the carburetor issue alone. They did a horrible job and I wouldn't let them touch my 86 Civic, my 20 Civic or my 18 CR-V. I would give then zero stars if possible. I do not recommend them whatsoever.
