Attention Carriers and Owner-Operators!

If you're picking up a loaded trailer for brokers like TQL for multi-stop deliveries and returning it to this location, do yourself a favor—refuse it and avoid the headache.

Most of the trailers here are old and equipped with recap tires. In high temperatures, these tires are prone to blowouts. Initially, the broker may assure you they'll handle any issues, but in reality, they’ll send you an open claim, making you responsible for the damage.

Bottom line: These trailers are already in poor condition, and you’ll be left covering the costs.

Jeld-wen has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with! Poor customer service! Their product is the worst quality for price I paid! They dont stand behind their product! Im 100% dissastified!! Pella is a much better product! FYI Im a general contractor!!

Our French doors were installed by a Lowe’s subcontractor and they did a great job. I was unaware that we could not remove any manufacture stickers from the doors until the city permitting examined the installation. As a result, we needed to put the stickers back on our doors. Two months later and lots of back-and-forth between the manufacturer and Lowe’s, the manufacture wanted over $350 to mail labels to our home to re-sticker the French doors.

I arrived late for my appointment, but they still worked me in. The parking lot is very tight, I recommend entering the 3rd entrance from us hwy 17.

If you are delivering go to door 27. Fast unloading and the people were average but getting into the dock was terrible. Had to go to door 27. I guess they only unload from 1 door. So many trailers in the way made it difficult to bump the dock. Tried backing in from both directions and found blindsiding was actually a little easier due to how the empty trailers were placed in front. There is no room to turn around on the lot. You will end up doing figure 8’s with the driveways and the street. You must unhook and go park after you bump the dock. Problem is it’s hard to park near where you drop so you can’t see the red/green light. If you park too far they won’t come look for you with your paperwork.

This will be my second time going to this place and I am not excited about it, this is by far one of the worst places I EVER delivered to, they need to remove some of them trailers from in front of the docks so it won't be so difficult to back into them so no drivers will F up they truck or trailer because they yard is a HOT MESS and ridiculous if I find the corporate number I will be filing a complaint because it doesn't make any sense delivering to this location.

Good experience delivering to. Backing and maneuvering thru parking lot can be a little tight due to dropped trailers in lot. Be careful!

I went to load cargo from this company, I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism from the employees. Besides the fact that the woman at the 'office' is unbelievably arrogant, she doesn't even bother to move the windows so she can be heard, she guides you with maximum disgust. It's a shame to have employees with such attitudes, but who knows how they manage to stay there..
