So I was looking up the phone number, saw the bad review, and had to respond. Not sure what happened with the gentleman, but this one incident does not accurately reflect this business, or the family that owns it. I have personally known Chuck for forty years plus. He is a Godly man with impeccable integrity that knows his business. My most recent purchase was several hundred dollars worth of plumbing supplies, at a very reasonable price, and I would not hesitate to shop at this business in the future.
