Lady who helped me was incredibly rude. She had an airpod in and complained when a manager asked her to take it out. She had zero communication skills. She didn't know how to help me, which is fine I get it, but instead of saying that she needed to go ask for help and for me to wait a moment, she just awkwardly walks away without saying a word.

Decent communication skills and LISTENING to your customer without headphones in are the absolute basics of being a customer service/government worker. Dissapointing.

Came in to get a boat license and never once did the girl acknowledge us or smile. Your customer service is awful.

I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. It wasn’t crowded and the license person was friendly. Much better than other places I’ve been in jeffco. Also changing the address wasn’t a hassle like other places have been. I went at 9am on a Tuesday.

Employee was great help. Took my cell phone and helped me email my new insurance information to her to get my title and tag done. She was working at window 9. Thanks again!

Lady was to busy trying to get out of the office for the weekend give me the correct information about renewing my driver's permit. All she would say is that I needed to get in contact with the state and that I could only be renewed once which is what I was trying to do. She didn't want to give me another information and I had to go back in to get the right phone number from her. Where again she acted like I was keeping her from leaving early.

This is the best facility in Jefferson County. I don't care what day of the week you call, they are so friendly and helpful. Everyone should take notes from these outstanding and exceptional individuals. I would drive 100 miles out of my way, just for their customer experience. Thank you Gardendale Satellite Office. You are the VERY BEST.

Ridiculous waiting time for 5 minutes of work. An hour waited for 5 minutes. Lazy people are working at this locations. 16 windows and only 2 employees. Manager in the back just walking around and doing time-pass with another employee. 20 plus peoples are waiting for service and few of them already left as of I am writing. Very poor service.
