I had a title transfer to take care of on Friday. I had previously been to the eye doctor four hours before. My vision was terrible but the young man that took care of me was so kind and extremely helpful. A very nice experience and a great example of a valuable employee.

My favorite DMV that has the rudest employees that do the worst customer service, not gonna lie. These people were not friendly when I tried to explain my situation on losing my full wallet in Mississippi. I was trying to come down here because I needed a new ID to get a debit card, but they were not being considerate nor helpful. Also, get a friendly manager who's not willing to just kick anyone out rudely. It is a way to talk to people, I am not a child.

Title and tag transfer from out of state went very easily and smoothly! Very straightforward process and kind people! Be aware that when registering any vehicle, local or out of state, the vehicle will need to be present for VIN verification.

The women that was working today in the handicap desk was just so rude to an elderly man I walked up to the desk just because I saw the handicap decal on her window and I'm handicap. I said I have a question she says WHAT!!! Very unprofessional and she doesn't deserve to work for a place that involves customer service . Because you don't talk to people that way . If you hate your job find a new one . There's many places that are hiring that doesn't involve serving customers lady !

*Came here again, this time I was waited on by Angela. She is very helpful and patient. Very easy to talk to. Her spirit is gentle. This one of the best dmvs to go to....Bessemer is the worst. The staff there needs training in people skills and professionalism.

This place is Awesome! I have never been to a better DMV in my life, and I'm in my 50s! Jerome was fast and friendly. Heck, the whole staff was friendly. Efficient, clean, east to get to. The model of how a government office should be run.

I definitely recommend this dmv. I’ve been in here twice. Once for my license and once for my tag. Both times they were fast and friendly. I was in and out in maybe 10 minutes and there was practically no line both times!
