I’m selling my house This guy came out to do a well inspection. His said it needed 40,000 worth of work. The well didn’t even cost 15,000 to drill and filter system granted it was 20 yrs ago. My iron concentration was 2.89 ppm. This guy is tell us it 9ppm. Something’s just not right with this guy not only that but it didn’t hold pressure I’ve got a gauge at the tank which holds at 45psig. I don’t recommend this company I think that they’re trying to hold me and the buyer hostage. So we had another company come out he gave us three separate bids. 2000, 5000, and 10000. No where close to 40,000 what a racket. I just don’t trust people that try to pull this type of crap

Had pump installed 3 years ago.. And every year since then (including the first year) I have had to have them come back to repair leaks/broken parts that they installed. And of course they only guarantee their work for 1 year so it’s been very expensive the last couple years. Woke up this morning and it’s broken again.. I don’t know if they use subpar parts or don’t know how to install them. The pipes my stepdad (who worked for Hunt drilling at the time) installed went for 20 years without leaks. Absolutely done with them at this point and looking for someone new, wish I saw these reviews before doing more business with them. I think originally Jack Dunn or the owner did the work and was competent but this younger guy has screwed me for the last time.

05.28.2020 Brandon, Josh, and Clay all handled the installation of my reserve tank with professionalism, honesty, and skill. They ran their quote a couple different ways to show me where I could save money. The install itself seemed to go smoothly and quickly. The finished product was clean and functioned perfectly.

I also ran across that post on the Facebook group Im a part of. That is outrageous that the wife of an employee would be so rude to a customer. Not only is she making her husband look bad, she is making Jack Dunn as a company look bad by being so disrespectful. I will defiantly never be using this company or recommending it to others if that is how people who spend their hard earned money on a service are treated. She should have minded her own business instead of slandering a company name she doesn't even work for!

As I was shopping around for a good local company on a facebook page I am a part of I came across this comment and was completely shocked at how unprofessional and disrespectful the wife of an employee has be to customers of Jack Dunn. I was initially thinking of using this company but if this is the way customers are treated I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and will recommend Jack Dunn is never used by the people I care about. I had heard good things but I know the company has changed ownership and it seems they no longer up the standards they used to.

I normally do not post reviews but I came across this in a Facebook group I’m part of and the gall and lack of professionalism for a wife of an employee to post this kind of comment on a customer’s Facebook post is so ridiculous. I will never be using them and will be letting everyone I know not to use them. I had always heard good things when Jack Dunn was still the owner but now that he sold it and the new owner still uses Jack Dunns name and reputation to fleece loyal customers is pathetic.

I saw this on my Facebook news feed the other night and am so discusted with this technicians wife, as alot of us were. I've used this company in the past, but will be peeling off their sticker and will be looking for a new company. Shame on this company and just know this woman represents your company, no one on our side of the mountain will ever use you again.Picking on an old man must make her feel proud . Good luck. Just know all our neighbors will be giving a review for the old man.

Pump for our well stopped working. No water. Dunn was able to come out within hours and we were grateful. It was a Monday. They said they'd come back Tuesday or Wednesday to get the job done.

Wednesday afternoon we call them to ask what's up and they tell us they'll see us at 9:00am on Thursday.

All-day on Thursday they failed to pick up their phones. By the end of the business day, they finally called. Not to apologize for missing our appointment and failing to give us a heads up call, but rather the man was being rather rude as he told me the best he could do was get here by Friday morning. So, we went another night without water.

Come Friday morning, Dunn doesn't even call us to cancel. Instead, they call our landlord suggesting we find another service provider and forcing us to go another weekend without water."

Now, to make this all worse, when they did show up on Monday:
1- the reason they couldn't get the job done was that they didn't have the right tools (unprepared).
2- I had to ask them to put masks on before entering our home and got a dirty look and attitude as a result of the request (despite Corona cases skyrocketing locally)

This is a poorly run business. They don't pick up their phones, return calls, or express any manners or empathy in dealing with customers. And they don't even have the right tools for the jobs they take.
