Completely unprofessional, called to ask for a quote and within the first 10 seconds, I had already heard enough to end the conversation. (Man answers) I say “Good morning” he responds “Yeah” I ask “I’m calling JR machine shop correct?” man responds “Why? What do you need” I ask “ Do you offer milling services” and he replies “Who is this and why are you calling” - I could hear in his voice he hated being there and should not be one to answer customer calls. If this is what their service sounds like, I don’t even want to know what their product quality looks like. (Note of advice to anyone)
If you dislike your job, do yourself a favor and quit. Stop making your life miserable. It is not healthy for you and definitely not convenient for the business.

Been going here for years. From milling rims to making rims 5x114.3 to 5x112, they take care of business. And they can do so much more.

On the phone not helpful saying their not a machine shop but when he answered I asked if they can machine something he said yes then after Description he said they only set up for wheels!
