Our home will be delivered this week! Savanah made the financing process a breeze. Timbo excellent salesman and Jeremy knew just what our land needed for delivery. Most reasonably priced in the area. Thanks guys deffently recommend j & j homes! I MUST brag on the service tech. BUDDY SMITH ! He showed up when he said friendly jack of all trades trustworthy. Very happy with the service dept.

I don't recommend this dealership to anyone. They cost me over 13,000 dollars out of pocket for mistakes when the original quote was turned in to the bank. We were supposed to get brick skirting not only did that not happen but because they forgot to put the price of the vinyl skirting in when they submitted all construction cost to the bank I had to pay for that out of pocket too on top of the pad work to be done and the septic tank out of pocket. Also I feel like I've been lied to about work that needs to be done on the house on several occasions kabco which his a manufacturer of the home we decided to go with themselves told me that have to work order that need to be done on the house didn't even get into their hands and it's been over a year and they're just now getting out doing the repairs had no clue as to a lot of things that were going on in the house that j&j had records too. I thought we had done the homework but I was wrong so do your homework go somewhere else if you're looking at kabco homes they are absolutely great but I would not deal with these people at jandj

J&J Homes has been the most awful company to work with. They have been nothing but delay after delay, and have refused to communicate. They leave it up to the customer to call them. We would be understanding of delays if they would simply call us and update us.

They also try to blame the customer for their own mistakes. Nan told us to place our orange flags where we’d like our house to go, and Jeremy would inspect it and tell us if the house would need to go in a different area. It took him three entire weeks to get out there (1 week longer than Nan told us). He finally made it out there and informed us the house would need to be closer to the road. No problem. He did not tell us to move the flags. They finally make it out there to build the pad, and it’s in the wrong spot. It’s in the very spot Jeremy said it should not go. We complained and he tried to blame us by saying he put it where our flags were. Why would a professional pad builder follow flags placed by an inexperienced customer? He should have had the wherewithal to know not to place it in the very spot he said it should not go. The only good thing he did was eat the $1000 he tried to charge us for the extra dirt he placed due to his own mistake.

Our home insurance company needs a photo of our home on the land, and it was needed by May 6th. After much pestering, Jeremy finally gave us an update and said our home would be delivered on May 8th. Our insurance company has graciously given us an extension because this isn’t our fault. Well, it’s May 8th and NO HOUSE IN SIGHT. We called Jeremy MULTIPLE TIMES, and NO ANSWER. Do not work with this company because they are lazy, incompetent, and impossible to get a hold of.
