We purchased our new shed from J.C.'s Building Sales on 4070 North US Hwy 17 and we love it. Jim (owner/manager) was very professional and patient with our 101 questions. We know of two neighbors that purchased these sheds and they love them. Life time warranty, how could you go wrong? Highly Recommended.

We have bought 2 Weather King shed within the past 2 years and have never had a problem. Both sheds were custom ordered, arrived on time, and exactly as we ordered them. Delivery was amazing to see, 1 man, 1 piece of equipment and a 12x32' building was placed in our back yard. It was very cool. I have several friends who I have referred to them, who have bought sheds w/o issues.

Paid deposit in November 2017. In March 2018, I asked him to pull the permit for the concrete and garage as my house builder didn't want a partial job. Took 10 weeks for him to get a permit (only took 2 for the house). He promised 2 weeks after concrete, they would start the garage. No return calls, no emails, no texts. Refused to answer my calls (caller ID). Had to drive to his office twice just to get information. Finally got the garage started on the 28th of August, 2018. The building is nice, but JC is only the middle man. Skip him and call the garage companies directly.

JC is the best in the business. He has the lowest prices and the best quality. He sells both Metal Buildings and Weather King Wooden Sheds. He has been in business almost 20 years and has thousands of happy satisfied customers. He has many displays at his location, and is open 7 days a week. IF there ever is a problem, he goes above and beyond to rectify it. I've done a lot of research on his competitors, and I would never go anywhere else for my building needs.

Has been holding over 4000 dollars of a deposit on a building we ordered months ago and keeps putting off the building date blaming the guys at the shop! Will not return phone calls and refuses to answer the phone! Terrible business with worse than poor professionalism and courtesy! Not sure what our next step is but am very tired of being ignored and lied to

Warning to potential consumers, these guys are total scam artists. I put over 400$ as a down payment, and my building was too be delivered less than a half mile from their sales office. Apparently they refused delivery because of a couple low trees and a rough road and when I asked for a refund they denied me saying that my down payment would be used as a restocking fee. Jc told me that if I could find another location to deliver, that he would make good on it. I found a place a half mile away and after a month of waiting I went in to speak in person. Jc said it would be delivered the next day. The next day I get a phone call saying that their distributor wouldn't allow the delivery and now I'm out my 400$. Shame on you, jc. I'm not through with you.

I wish I would have checked public records before doing business with JC's carports, he was arrested in July of 2011 for bilking customers out of their money. This man and his company are frauds! He is notorious for taking deposits and not delivering the goods. Forget trying to get a hold of him via telephone. They never answer calls from people that they have taken deposits from...I had to use friends cell numbers in order to get a live person on the phone because they have caller I.D. and don't answer people they have ripped off. And of course when he realized it was me that he picked up a call from I was given various excuses and promised install dates that never happened. Again..do yourself a favor stay as far away from this company as you can...look at the RIP OFF REPORTS and check the Orlando sentinel for Volusia County businessman accused of fraud dated 7/7/11 written by Gary Taylor...I wish I had known this before giving my money to him.

What a great place, very informative , not pushy. They showed me my choices, explain the permit process. After I visit the county this is the place I will buy my shed. They explain the rent-to-own program which is probably one of the most fairest around. If you have to go that route I suggest you go to j.c.
