We rented two hybrid bikes. They were in great shape, well tuned and came with a sturdy front basket, helmet, lock and lights. Everything you could possibly want. They even helped me fix an issue with the fender on the bike we had brought with us, not one of the rentals. Great, friendly service, great bikes, highly recommend.

This was my first experience on an electric bike. Richie got me all set up with seat height and how to operate the controls for power. After the review of operation and signing a paper I was on my way. It was a wonderful time riding around through the streets and visiting the sites all day long. I picked the bike up at 9:15 and they said I could ride it all day and into the night. The return would be at 10 o'clock the next morning. Richie also provided headlight and taillights for safety at night. They also provide a lock and bike helmet. After bringing the bike back I talked with Dane the owner. I have built a number of bikes in my life. From looking around their shop and talking with Dane I could see that this is the place to get your bike serviced or to rent a bike. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I do love the electric bike and Dane took time to advise of what to buy even though I was leaving town and not buying a bike from his business. We plan another trip in 2 years and plan on renting from Island Bicycles! A beautiful experience!

As a local who heavily relies on my bike, this is my favorite spot to get it fixed. The guys there are knowledgeable and always happy to help. They are super welcoming to walk-ins. The prices are also reasonable and they won’t try to oversell you.

While friendly and convenient, their pricing is way too steep for e-bike repairs. I think it’s because they are the only ones in town that will work on e-bikes. They were charging $60 per bike to change a tube in a bike tire in an e-bike. I could understand if it was a rush job but it would have taken a day or 2.

Friendly bike shop and great rental options. I rented four bikes here, two hybrids and two cruisers. Bikes came with lights and locks at no additional charge. Staff was helpful with adjustments before leaving the lot and the check in/check out process was clear and easy. Would defiantly rent here again!

Staff was amazing to shop with. We rented two electric assist bicycles. They were very focused on customer satisfaction. We extended our rental by one day and it was no issue at all. They obviously love what they do and love helping tourists have a great time. They suggested places to see and roads to avoid while riding. Prices were competitive.
