We gave Sean Isaacs over $11K to build railings for our new home in August of 2024. What a nightmare. This guy will lead you on and give you an excuse for why things aren't done or just not respond to your attempts to contact him. He doesn't show up when he says he will. We cannot get a final inspection without the railings. We now have to take him to court to get our money back and are delayed from being able to move. Please beware of this guy. You won't get what you paid for.

He sucks!! He says he will be at the shop at 09:30 and I called him at 09:45 and woke him up. I asked how long it will take him to get to the shop he said 20 minutes. I waited an hour or so and tried calling him several times, but he never answered if course. Check his other reviews and you will see the similar things that I'm mentioning.
He can't be trusted and lies.

Gave Sean over 11,000 dollars for railings for my new house. He said he would be done before Christmas. Have been trying to contact him and cannot find him. The guy next door said he has not seen him and other people have also been looking for him. I am going to the police to file a report today.

Very professional good price great ideas expert craftsmanship it's hard to find a good fabricator but he definitely is I'm definitely going to be repeat customer. Highly recommend this guy to my friends or anybody who needs anything fabricated!

I gave Sean a deposit for some work and he ghosted me. I had to sue him to get my money back. He's also got multiple Felony convictions for drugs, theft, domestic violence, etc...

He's taking deposits and ghosting people. I'm pretty sure that is a crime. He's also getting evicted from his shop. Probably not a good idea to give this guy money up front.
