Miranda and Sam saved me from an unscrupulous business that wanted to replace our entire gate ($8500) when all that was needed was a new Electric eye ($250). They were there within 24 hours when I had an inkling that I had been taken advantage of and time was of the essence. They are on my permanent list of Go -Tos . Besides that they were understanding, efficient, and professional. They left the premises pristine and were delightful with which to do business.

Iron Automation recently renovated our community gates, the workmanship alone would be a 4 or 5 star. However, I am giving them a 1 star for customer service. Sam engaged me, a resident, in a very rude and confrontational manner as I returned home while he was doing the final work on the gates. During construction, residents were instructed to use the exit gate for entry. On this day, there were two crews working on both the entry and exit gates. I didn't want to initiate the gate motor with people in close proximity, and as I began to ask for instructions---that's when Sam unloaded on me. Extremely unprofessional, especially from someone I'm told is the business owner. I hope our community stops using your service, and I hope no one else had to suffer your temper.
