This is one business you should avoid !!! I have been a good standing customer for more than 8 years !

Poor customer service run by a so called operation manager who cares more about doing things right as opposed to doing the 'right' thing. If I own this business, I would clearly fire her and replace it with someone who understands customer service and care to increase the store overall sales. Glen the manager is great, but somehow there is a lady, operation manager, who is terrible and most of us has to face her from time to time. Hey IMP management get rid of her, you'll have more business and less people moving their accounts and telling their friends to move their account to True World, San Leandro, not far from your new location.

i love IMP and it has been my go to place for more than 30 years since I was in LA. IMP LA is a first class operation. Mamoru, the floor manager was great, but his replacement John Noh is equally great. I love their old hustle bustle location but the new facility is nice too. The point is that IMP LA is so different than the sad IMP SSF (Now Hayward). IMP LA will go out of their way to take your business and service it well, while IMP Hayward will basically tell you to go away. They don't want to deliver to my account WHY no reason was given. It's a commercial account, located in a commercial establishment in the middle of SF.

Take your business elsewhere, go to True World, they have the same stuff, maybe even cheaper. AND, the best part is that they are happy to have you as their customer. If you are in LA definitely go to IMP LA they are also great and happy to have you as their customer.
