Ethan was well prepared for our meeting. He gained our trust with the suggestions he was making. He was extremely knowledgeable on the products he was showing us. His knowledge also extend out to different types of counter top material. The process was easy and at no time were we pressured into making a decision. Shauna has a great personality and a keen eye for design. She first had us share our overall vision for the space, based on which she provided just enough samples and suggestions not to overwhelm but to effectively hone in on what we believe will be a really attractive makeover of the kitchen and bath. In short she listened well and was skilled enough to translate our thoughts into design we are really pleased with. She is an absolute pleasure to work with.
