Damaged my brand new trailer an hurt an scared my wife to death she felt very threatened they told her not to get police involved!!! So I'll be going up there with police buddies to see how they operate now

Prior to going to inter-county I brought my scrap metal to Taurus only to be ripped off when I told the worker operating the scale he said I had nothing to worry about….. 400 lbs of copper and got paid for 196 …. All my copper will be pre-weighed before I go anywhere ever again … it is truly my fault for trusting anyone when it comes down to money … but I know for a fact that I was legitimately ripped off and once the copper is dumped there’s no going back … it’s very sad knowing the amount work that goes into scraping the dumpsters I climb into at work to get the wire the stripping for hours to get the most out of it and to be looked at with a straight face and know they just ripped you off and smile …. Make sure you aren’t the next victim….. sorry but this is fact

I went here yesterday to turn in some Brass & Copper and while at the scale, a employee named William pushed one of the flat carts that had Aluminum Rims on it in between my Vehicle and the big long dumpster knowing that it wouldn't fit which in turn scraped the side of my vehicle all the way down the passenger side as he pushed his way through. My Fiance was sitting in the vehicle as it happened and once William was gone, she got out and looked at the side of the car and informed me when I was returning from the scale. I then walked back up to the scale and asked the employee that was running it to please call Mike and have him come talk to me so I could inform him as to what happened. As I was speaking to Mike, William approached and was Hostile acting like he didn't know he hit my vehicle with the cart even tho he struggled to push it through the tight space. As I was speaking to Mike, Mikey, Mike's Son approached and I tried telling him what happened and he said he didn't have time to talk to me. I told him that William had done it on purpose and Mikey said "What do you expect, Its a Scrap Yard"? William is a very careless/hostile employee that has a Tough Guy attitude that doesn't care about the Customers that are paying his Wage by doing Business with this Company. His Employer doesn't see any wrong in what he does or the way he acts towards Customers & will Blame the Customer if there is a Issue if you bring it up to them. There needs to be something done about the way Employees Treat the Customers & the Customers Property. At this location, they have State Certified Scales. However, the Scale for Ferrous Metals in the front fluctuates if its windy therefore you don't get a True Weight for the metal in which you bring in which in turn takes money out of your pocket. The Non-Ferrous Scale you will find pieces of Aluminum Square Tubing on either side of it which is put there by ICR Employees due to the Scale not working Correctly instead of calling the State to come out and Re-Certify the Scale once the issue with it is resolved.When Employees tamper with the scale when there is a issue to try & get it to zero out makes it so the Scale is no longer State Certified due to it being altered. Employees have been drunk and smelling like Alcohol while on the clock as they Help Customers. There is a little shack across from the metal pile that Employees like to sit in and smoke substances out of glass pipes. I informed Mike of this before when I observed a Employee doing just that as I was unloading Metal. This Business does not care about its Customers & BE AWARE, If you go there and a Employee hits your Vehicle with a Cart & causes damage , Its Your Fault because After all, "What do you expect, It's a Scrap Yard" according to The Owners Son......Mikey
