We were so impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. Their staff and subcontractors are professional, courteous and respectful, who strive for perfection.
We had our home re-tiled and our master bath redesigned.

There are not enough adjectives to describe how pleased I have been working with Innovator Designs. From working with Keila selecting material and prices, understanding when I changed my mind a couple times, to the demo crew and the installers. I have been waiting for 6 years to remodel 2 bathrooms and through a stroke of luck found a contractor who has worked with Innovator and recommended I contacted them for an estimate. They were there within a couple of days and the estimate was received a few days later. They worked together on the timing of each step of the work, which avoided delays. They really mean dustless demo! Of course there will always be some dust, but there was barely any need for follow up cleaning. The installer did a fantastic job. After the project was completed, there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed and they came shortly after my call to do the work. I am so glad I had the opportunity to work with them and I highly, without reservation recommend them.
