Stayed for a one night stop over on a road trip. Rooms were amazing, clean, modern and fresh - all the amenities you could want.

Valet service - the gents who were working were great, helpful and took all our bags to the room. Friendly and chatted and played with our son. Great team.

Front desk - warm greeting however when asked if they had an alternative to milk on site I would say she felt this wasn’t her issue and provided no help at all and implied she didn’t think they had any on site. This made us think there was nothing on site, we then spent a could hour walking around trying to find some (our son is dairy intolerant) we were unsuccessful. When we returned we chatted quickly to the bar team in the lobby who corrected her and kindly provided a cup of soya milk.

Location - amazing right on the pier and beach it was a little cold to indulge too much for us but we did go for a walk and it was a perfect location.

Breakfast - we had a mix of service a friendly waitress and not so friendly. I was surprised to have to ask if I could retrieve a high chair from what I would deem a staff only area. The food was good a little slow but great if you aren’t in a rush.

Looked popular was with business people.

Beautiful rooms and wonderful location. My only complaint is the service and amenities are truly lacking compared to other Hilton and even the Marriott whom go above and beyond. Personally I would just spend a bit more and go next door which is what we plan to do.
Staff at the front fest were okay, the digital key was down so perhaps that would impact being able to order via the app. I do recommend that they carry milk in their convenient store it's a bit inconvenient to go venturing to a market to get milk for kids but that is just one minor detail. The valet team arr excellent! They are you very kind, helpful, and go above and beyond.

I stay at a lot of Hilton properties and this place is absolutely stunning.

Mary Lou was so helpful and professional during my stay. As soon as I got there she made me feel like I was right at home. She deserves a promotion asap.

Located right in front of the beach and the atmosphere is top notch. The service is 5 stars. Didn’t want to leave, will definitely be back soon!

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Valet parking people were extremely helpful. Front desk staff wasn't too helpful on where to get good breakfast burritos (btw...Hoagies is awesome). No microwave in rooms is a bummer...traveling solo, i always have leftovers. Water pressure was great. My sink counter wasn't clean. You can't beat the location!!! Rooftop bar is fantastic!! Overall, I'll definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely room overlooking the pier. The bedding was clean and luxurious. The view really couldn't be beat. The spacious room with full sized refrigerator and a good sized kitchenette was convenient. The location was handy to go to local restaurants or the beach. The staff was friendly and well trained to be helpful and polite. I would highly recommend.

My stay here was amazing! Service was exceptional, the room was beautiful. Location is perfect for walking around downtown Pismo. Valet service was amazing as well. Will definitely be staying again!

We just spent a week here and enjoyed our stay. This is also the second time staying here. The rooms are nice; clean & well appointed. They cleaned the rooms daily! It was very easy to log in the internet and our devices stayed logged on during the stay. There are 2 bars on the property which is nice. We were right on the beach and could walk to several restaurants. The staff members are nice & friendly.

I recently stayed in a wonder room with an ocean view at the Inn at the Pier, and it was absolutely delightful! The view was breathtaking, with stunning sunsets right outside my window.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and ensuring all my needs were met during my stay. Their local recommendations for dining and activities were spot-on.

The location couldn’t be better—there are so many fantastic restaurants and shops within walking distance. I loved being able to stroll along the beach and explore the area without having to drive.

Overall, I highly recommend the Inn at the Pier for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Pismo Beach!
