Russ at Inflatable International was INVALUABLE in helping us replace our life raft that was deployed in the Gulf Stream on a crossing to the Bahamas. He sensed our desperation and responded to our needs immediately. He had exactly what we wanted in stock; he even went to physically check that it was there while we were on the phone. The price was very reasonable, less than what we paid elsewhere 2 months before. He also arranged to have it delivered over 20 miles away to someone who could bring it to us. And he did all this with a calm reassuring manner. We will only go to Inflatables International from now on. We wish we could make this a 10 star review!!

Russ and his team did a great job in a timely fashion to get our raft re certified. We always bring our rafts here and have never had any issues .

I was told it would take 3 weeks to re-certify my life raft, and as I needed it quickly, I hired a messenger service to take the raft to Inflatable International Inc the next day at a cost of $150. Once the company had my raft, they sent me an email that they were backed up and it would take 4 to 5 weeks. In fact it took 7 weeks! So...my experience is that they are not honest with their time estimate and change them once they have your raft.

Russ and his team at inflatables have taken care of since 2008. I wouldn't trust my equipment to anyone else! The BEST in the Business hands down, hell the aircraft manufacturer's take them their rafts. Honest, even when giving you bad news and always trying to help you solve your problems.

Russ was informative and honest. He took the time to learn what my objectives were and advised me on a product that best suited my needs. I had a budget for the safety gear based on my research of what I thought I needed, and he advised me to go a more economical route based on my needs.
