Infinite Air was one of the 3 quotes I received for replacement of our two 20+ y.o. AC units. From day one, I was impressed with Andrew’s generous sharing of his knowledge, understanding of my limitations and his honesty before my final selection. His team (Tim) did a wonderful job installing the AC units - actually identified damages to both compressors and demanded new units from the warehouse. They fixed/re-routed the drain lines after identifying the old lines were too clogged with years of minerals/debris accumulation without additional charges because the promise of a functional system. Too bad, I don’t have friends that needing new AC! I would recommend Infinite Air without any hesitation!

Great service from Infinite Air. Andrew was super friendly and explained everything for me when he did maintenance on my ac unit. He explained how the compressor works when it needed to be replaced and was fairly priced with the same day replacement! He even did a same day appointment because he did my neighbors unit and was already at our apartment complex! I will refer this company to anyone that needs air conditioning maintenance!! Great company to work with!

This is the air-conditioning company you want to call. I wemt with the company I saw through ads. Bad idea. Quckly it went to a thousand dollars. Worked it down to $800. Said he reprogrammed my thermostat to save me money. Should have thrown him out at that point. I knew enough to know he was lying. But he was there and I just wanted my heat to work. $270 for a yearly maintenance included. Wow.
Next time I turn on the cool.... Nothing. Wanted another $289 to fix it with a contract.
That is when I called Infinite Air. Seems the genius who charged me through the roof didn't know you how to wore a simple thermostat. He fixed it in a second and charged me Nothing. He just wanted my return business. He has that forever. Most of these companies are out to fleece you. Go with Infinite Air.

Prompt service and maintenance-did not come out trying to sell me. I’m happy that I had the opportunity to use them as the Home Depot deal -you get what you pay for- kept me waiting for 4 hours and did not show up. Andrew was awesome and professional. Definitely worth it.
