Called this company to come do repairs on 2 forklifts. They came out 3 times $1700.00 later and my forklifts were not fixed.The tech stripped my spark plugs and did the timing incorrectly on the distributor had the forklift back firing. My 14yr old son went on YouTube to figure out how to do the timing correctly and he got my forklift running in less than 30 mins…but I paid them regardless because I didn’t need anyone coming after me for 1700 bucks. I called the office and spoke to Alicia and she said she would call me back with the owner and that she appreciated me voicing my concerns about the tech who couldn’t figure out how to fix any of the issues. I’m still waiting for their call back. Obviously because they got paid they’re not concerned about my issue

We purchased a used forklift & charger in July 2021. Had some issues with the truck but the crew at Industrial Lift Truck made sure that everything was fixed and working properly even though we'd essentially purchased it "as-is" with no warranty. They are honest, reliable and easy to work with and I highly recommend them! We will take our future forklift purchasing business to them without hesitation.

Had very bad customer service and technician made a mess in my lot. I had another company who is 5 star but pricey....but I will rather pay for good quality and service.....I'm switching back...if I could I would give a half star.
