Absolutely terrible product and customer service. I placed an order for a custom credenza on 9/17/2021. The item was finished on 4/11/2022 but they forgot to include lockable file drawers and a lockable hidden compartment. Item rebuilt and shipped on 5/9/2022. The item was delivered 5/25/2022, damaged as only the base was in a crate and the rest covered with cardboard and Saran Wrap. The hidden compartment was not lockable. Scott apologized and said that he would rebuild the unit. 8/16/2022 Scott promised to have the item completed in 3-4 weeks. As of 11/7/2022 Scott stated having employee issues. No response since. I have now contacted the BBB and my credit card company. Stay away from this vendor!
