Ordered a custom fabricated cart from them for a vac oven. They did not deliver the item like requested. We reached out after realizing and consolidating our accounts. Brandon apologized and said he would personally deliver the item or have it shipped. Weeks and months go by, calls and messages go unanswered, emails unreturned, now we are feeling like we got scammed.

Good company with great products. The steel is welded proper, I've been using their 6"CRC for a couple months with few issues and a soft learning curve. So far the customer service has been great, and I plan on ordering a secondary CRC in the near future to bolster efficiency.
