Got to Imperial Dade at 5:10 AM and they got me right into a dock. Unloaded a full trailer in just 36 minutes! The warehouse manager was super sweet, and the forklift driver was the smoothest I've ever seen. Barely felt him moving in and out of the trailer. He should definitely train other drivers. Thanks for the quick unload!

Arrived at 0410 am got right in a dock door and unloaded a full trailer in 36 minutes. The warehouse manager was so sweet and the best forklift driver that's ever unloaded me. He was so smooth going in and out of the trailer I barely felt it. He needs to train all forklift drivers. Thank you for unloading do quickly.

Rude and disrespectful loaders who cannot even explain why you have a list of shortage of hundreds of pieces of product like your to dumb to understand and the foul language and threats were enough to make me leave. I was even told to get in my truck and not get out and my doors were still open. I am sure that's the plan tho. Scare away anyone who questions them so they reap the benefits. This place is as unprofessional as they come. Drivers stay away! $250 late fee also.

SLOW...to make my personal matter worse I delivered only 8 miles away at 9:00 A.M., then had a 1:00 P.M. appointment here. Will they possibly load early? No Sir they will not. How about loading LATER? Yes Sir they do! Finally got loaded at 3:15 P.M. However the loader was fast. Only took him 15 minutes once he started. Checking in and communication by text message is OK by me... This was my 2nd visit here and hoping it'll be a long time before my next....
