In and out gate opens about 745 am. I was first one in behind scrap truck got loaded soon as I docked 8:12 now should be gone at 9am. No overnight parking but plenty of truck stops on 72.

Trucking Review. I drop off at this facility frequently. The people at the front desk are very friendly and fast. The staff that unloads you at the docks are very friendly and helpful. Ken and Dudley unload you fast and are always is good spirits. John was very helpful to the truckers, he would come out of bulldozer riding by to assist you. Definitely a great experience. Great people.

Well, I don't know what the issue is. I've been sitting outside the gate for two hours just waiting for them to call me in for a pickup. At least the scale house lady is nice on the phone.

Appt was for 1130, checked in at 0800, docked at 0920, out by 1000. Everyone was friendly. The bathroom was clean. They do have you sign a waiver before they can unload you. I'm not sure what everyone else is delivering here that takes so long to unload. Maybe it's a freight thing. I had big bags of shredded scrap metal. The reception here is almost non-existent but, otherwise, a decent drop.

One star for supervisor, very dirty trailer, next load is food. They reject my load. Also this property made hole in my trailer

Avoid like the plague if you are running a dry van. Absolutely not a food grade trailer on top of that. All they have are Bob Cats to unload trucks. They make you sign a damage waiver form upon entering the property, so when they mess up your equipment, there is no way to hold them liable. Truck showed up at 0800 for his appointment and we're still waiting to get unloaded as of 1412. My driver lost $2050 for a cheap load.

This has got to be the worst receiver I have ever been to. Been sitting for over three hours to unload. There is a poor driver at the dock that was here before me... Still there. They can't handle what they order. Ended up being there 5.5 hrs.

This was a great place to load but some office jocky made a bunch of rules to get loaded have to dump my air pull the lines chock the wheels and they have to bring over a stop sign with a fork lift so I don't drive away while being loaded I'd get it if I was a dry van but I'm a end dump getting loaded from the side lol huge waist of time took 20 minutes to get all the stuff in place to even start loading and onestly its pretty dispectful to assume incompetent to operate my truck also its pointless this is not saftey this is just annoying policy they serves not real purpose but to make some office jokey feel like that impoved something I'll definitely consider the hassle and disrespect when choicing to move there freight
