I have been a loyal Professional SPA customer of Image Skincare since its early days when the owner, Janna, was pregnant with her twins. Recently, I reached out to inquire about sample kits and marketing materials for my upcoming open house at my new location, my grand Opening!

Unfortunately, my experience today with a customer product specialist at option 2 in their menu options was disheartening. After a 5-minute hold, the specialist lacked patience and offered minimal assistance. When seeking suggestions and guidance, I received curt responses like "it is in shop marketing material" and a hasty redirection to the website. When she realized I was asking to many questions for her tiny patience, she hang off on me, literally cut my call. Believe me, I was being super polite and I only asked her for suggestions.

This abrupt attitude, especially when I was looking for recommendations, left me frustrated. The company that once prided itself on excellent customer service seems to have lost its touch, neglecting small business owners who played a crucial role in its growth.

Regrettably, I won't be placing any future orders with Image Skincare and I intend to share this disappointing experience with my clients. It's disheartening to witness a decline in customer care from a company that once excelled in providing exceptional service to its supporters.

By far the worst matte sunscreen with spf30 I’ve used. They changed the formula so many time in the past 7 years and this last formula change been the worst! I’m breaking out around my cheeks and eye area. I called customer service and they are still no help. I wish they would just stop following trends and bring back their staple products. By the way I posted this on their website months ago and they never post the bad reviews or just keep a few to make it seem like they’re no bias but unfortunately they are. Once again please bring back the old sunscreen formulas for the matte spf 30 and the moisturizing spf 50. Sincerely a concern esthetician and a customer for over 7 years.

Image Skincare has never disappointed me with their products or customer service. I recently had an issue with a package of mine, and the kind woman on the other end of the phone went above and beyond to solve the issue. I got off the phone call feeling so well taken care of. I recommend Image to all my friends. Their products are also my favorite gift to give! This is the fist skincare line that gives me the results I am looking for. I've never felt more confident. I'm ready to be a forever customer!

Image is only interested in their sales on their website although they mention a couple merchants that are ok. Amazon is one as long as its Amazon direct and not a seller. I had a credit so I purchased the max stem cell eye cream. It arrived with a small hole on the bottom of the eye cream bottle. Same price and exact packaging. Left several messages asking for their input and if I should use it. The Image company never answered and I threw product in garbage. Unfortnate as I was eager to start their product line living in Florida where the expert formula dermatolgist is originated. Please check all your Image products and hope everyone understands the concept of careless manufacturers. Someone could have reached out to Amazon for inventory check from Image to prevent others from perhaps tampered merchandise-Always check the first 10 ingredients on all skincare products Image or otherwise. You will see those are the most common and cheapest chemicals and some will always argue where the quality ones appear on the very long list on box. Confused and dissapointed
